About:
It is a type of rash that develops when your body is in contact with excessive heat, or when there is a rise in the core body temperature.
Urticaria affects 15 - 20% population once or more during their lifetime. [1]

It typically develops when you exercise or sweat. Most of these rashes usually disappear on their own and may be accompanied with other symptoms. In severe cases, they can be related to anaphylaxis, a life-threatening allergic disorder which may require immediate medical attention.
Symptoms:
Visible symptoms include :
- Wheals (small,raised bumps on the skin)
- Itching or tingling at the onset of the rash
- Redness around the bumps
Other symptoms may also be present like :
- Abdominal Pain
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea

Causes :
Exercising, sports, taking a hot shower, eating spicy food, having a fever, anxiety etc., causes your body to release Histamines which is triggered by a rise in body temperature.

Most symptoms of this condition disappear on their own. In case of repeated occurrences, the best way is to avoid triggers which excessively raise your body temperature.
One should avoid food like fish, foods high in preservatives and additives, nuts, vinegar, dairy.
Avoiding triggers using immunosuppressants, beta blockers etc

- Antihistamines like Hydroxyzine or terfenadine, cimetidine or ranitidine, recommended taking only under a doctor’s prescription.
