About
Raynaud's Phenomenon is an atypical disorder of blood vessels, also known as Raynauds Syndrome, is a medical condition in which some areas of the body, especially fingers and toes, become numb and cold in certain circumstances.
Approximately 10% of the population has primary Raynauds phenomenon. [1]

Self-care: This condition is usually self-diagnosable. Keeping the home warm, wearing warm clothes, exercising, and eating a healthy diet can be some of the best ways to cure this disorder.
Medication: Depending upon the cause of the symptoms, doctors may prescribe medications to dilate the blood vessel and allow circulation. They may recommend calcium channel blockers or vasodilators, which relax blood vessels. In rare cases, surgery can also be suggested.
