Lukoskin is a polyherbal formulation used for Leucoderma/Vitiligo.Salient features of LukoskinActivates Melanin synthesis- Helps in the release of SH-group bound copper as free copper. which activates tyrosinase activity.Modulates immunity- Modulates immunity in regard to both non-specific cellular and humoral immune response.Exerts Photosensitisation- Helps to initiate erythema on the spots of Vitiligo due to its furanocourmarin contents on exposure to UV light or sunlight.Enhances blister healing- Reduces irritation & the formation of blisters. checks hyperpigmentation in the skin. Directions of use for Cream:Apply gently on the spots of leucoderma once or twice a day. Apply the ointment from pigmented area to non-pigmented area i.e. from outside to inside. Expose the area after application of the ointment to sun either before 11 a.m. or after 3 p.m. . starting from 6 minutes with an increment period of 2-3 minutes per week till it reaches to 30 minutes of exposure time. Directions of use for Liquid: Adults – 1 ml. to be taken twice a day after major meals. diluted in 150 ml. – 200 ml. waterChildren – 0.5 ml. to be taken twice a day after major meals. diluted in 150 ml. – 200 ml. water or as directed by the Physician.  Use under medical supervision
