Pulsative lancinationg in forehead.       Sanguinaria Canadensis Q: Pain in head. which pass rapidly one place to another. like electric shoks. With bitter vomiting.       Chionanthus Virginica Q: Very severe headache. chiefly in forehead and just over the eyes.       Natrum Muriaticum 6: Headche in morning. Throbbing. palsation. and hammering in head.       Melilotus Alba Q:  Throbbing frontal headache preceded by great prostration..       Kali Phosphoricum 6: Neuralgic pain at base of brain and upper spine. Occipital headache. lasting all night. Use under medical supervision.
