Softeron-Z Capsule contains Ferrous fumarate (Iron). docusate sodium. copper sulphate and Folic Acid (vitamin B9). The Iron in Softeron-Z transports oxygen throughout the body and maintains red blood cells. thus making an individual feel energetic. Softeron-Z helps in preventing anaemia. Folic acid in Softeron-Z uses are numerous, from bodily functions ranging from nucleotide biosynthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine. Softeron-Z is especially important during periods of rapid cell division and growth. Both children and adults require folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia.  Constipation.  diarrhea . stomach . cramps. or upset stomach may occur with iron supplements. So to avoid constipation docusate sodium has been added in Softeron-Z. Soteron-Z uses docusate sodium, a stool softener that relieves  occasional constipation (irregularity) and generally produces a bowel movement in 12 to 72 hours. Softeron-Z capsule is used for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. Iron deficiency due to chronic blood loss or low intake of iron.
