A left ureterocele is a cystic formation or swelling on the ureter.
Ureteroceles happens during the embryonic development which means that a person is born with one. In most cases, it is diagnosed at the time of birth. Typically, a person who has a ureterocele doesn't experience symptoms. [1]

Symptoms
